They &#97;&#114;&#101; &#97;&#108;&#115;&#111; controllable &#116;&#111; within one-4 hundredth &#111;&#102; &#97; revolution. So, &#116;&#104;&#101;&#121; &#103;&#111; exactly &#119;&#104;&#101;&#114;&#101; instructed &#97;&#110;&#100; lock &#116;&#104;&#101;&#114;&#101; until &#116;&#104;&#101;&#121; &#97;&#114;&#101; instructed &#116;&#111; move &#111;&#114; &#116;&#104;&#101; power &#105;&#115; turned off.
