The Omec FCN3 is a fully automated dovetailing machine. Hopper loaded, the operator feeds stacks of precut drawer sides, fronts, and backs into the machine and a finished part with a dovetail or dowel joint exits the machine. CNC controlled, the FCN3 capable of designing the joint to fit the material or be programmed to specific pitch location. The Omec FCN3 can be fixtured provide the boring of holes on the fronts and sides to accommodate special needs. With a single machine producing both male and female joints, two separate machines are not required to produce rated 200 dovetail drawer boxes per hour.
